Refund and Exchange Policy
For any queries or requests, email us at [email protected] with your Order ID (e.g., WH-17110). Please avoid sending multiple emails for the same query and keep all communication in one email thread.
We aim to respond within 4-6 working hours.
Exchange & Replacement Policy:
- No returns are available, only replacements for defective or incorrect items.
- Replacements or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- For size issues or wrong product received, we’ll arrange a free pickup and replace the item with the correct size or product.
- If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with tags.
- Replacements won’t be processed for damaged returns.
- Refunds are only available for defective products. Email us with your Order ID, details, photos & videos of the defect.
- In cases of non-defective product returns, Rs 100 will be deducted for return shipping, and refunds will be issued as a store coupon code, valid for future purchases on wearhuman.in.
- The store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours of refund approval.
- Slight colour or design variations due to screen display differences do not qualify for replacements or refunds.
- Used or washed products cannot be replaced or refunded.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled only within 3 hours of placement, since our T-shirts are custom made for each order.
- Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer post approval of refund.
Important Notes:
- No refunds on size issues, only free replacements.
- Items bought during sales or with discount codes are non-refundable.
- For second-time replacements, Rs 100 will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or replacements if the product doesn’t meet the policy criteria.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
