Shipping Policy

At Wear Human, all our apparels are made on demand for each order, which means we take 2-3 days to manufacture and ship your custom items. By producing only what’s needed, we aim to reduce waste and help the environment.

Shipping Timeline:

• We ship products within 2-3 working days of order placement.

Delivery Time:

• Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on your location and factors like public holidays or weather. In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
• For certain regions like Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we charge Rs 99.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link.

Courier Services:

• We use Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress based on your pincode.

Missing Deliveries:

• If your tracking shows the product as delivered but you haven’t received it, inform us within 48 hours. We’ll raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it within 10 working days.
• After 48 hours, we won’t be liable for any losses.

Note: In most cases, deliveries may be received by family members, neighbors, or office mail rooms.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
