1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of wearhuman.in (the “website”) and to every order you place with us. The website is operated by Fenix Commerce Private Limited (GSTIN 09AAACQ4352Q1ZW) (“Wear Human”, “we”, “us”).

By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and orders

Wear Human sells oversized T-shirts printed with original artwork by independent artists. Every T-shirt is made to order: it is printed only after you order it, in the size and colour you choose.

  • We try to show every product accurately. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment, and small variations in print placement and colour are normal for made-to-order printing. These are not defects.
  • Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Our tees have an oversized fit.
  • After you place an order, we send an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if payment fails, a product is no longer available, or there is an obvious error in price or description. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners (for example UPI, cards, net banking or wallets). We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Your order goes into production only after the payment is confirmed. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you placed the order.

4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it is sent to production. Write to us at info@wearhuman.in with your order number as soon as possible. If the cancellation is accepted, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Once an order is in production, it is being printed specially for you and cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Printed within 3–5 days, delivered in 5–8 days across India. These are estimates; delays can happen because of courier, weather or other events outside our control.
  • We share tracking details by email once your order ships.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once the extra shipping cost is paid.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because every piece is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, a wrong size chosen at checkout, or personal preference. Please use the size chart before ordering.

We will replace your order free of charge if it arrives:

  • damaged or defective,
  • with a printing error (for example a misprint or the wrong artwork), or
  • different from what you ordered (wrong product, size or colour sent by us).

To request a replacement, email info@wearhuman.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster. The item should be unused and unwashed. Once we confirm the issue, we reprint and ship the replacement at no cost to you, and we may ask you to return the original item, at our cost.

A refund is made only when a replacement is not possible (for example if the artwork is no longer available), when we cancel your order, or when your cancellation is accepted before production. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

7. Artwork and intellectual property

Each artwork belongs to the artist who created it and is printed under licence to Wear Human. The website's design, text, logos and photographs belong to Wear Human or its artists. Buying a T-shirt gives you ownership of that garment, not of the artwork. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use any artwork or content from the website without written permission.

If you believe something on the website infringes your rights, write to info@wearhuman.in and we will look into it promptly.

8. Artists on Wear Human

Artists who join Wear Human confirm that the artwork they submit is their own original work and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Every product is reviewed before it is published. Artist earnings, payouts and responsibilities are set out in the artist studio and the terms agreed with each artist.

9. Using the website

Please do not misuse the website: no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity, no attempts to access accounts or systems that are not yours, and no automated scraping or copying of content. We may suspend access or cancel orders connected to misuse.

10. Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office, India.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after that date.
